Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Email us at benjaminnk082@gmail.com to start a return.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your lights arrive damaged or stop working within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo or short video and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not need to ship anything back.
