Returns

Not what you expected? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Email us at benjaminnk082@gmail.com to start a return
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return

Damaged or faulty items

If your lights arrive damaged or stop working within 30 days, email us a photo or short video and we'll replace them or refund you in full. You won't need to ship anything back.
