Shipping

How fast is delivery?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 3-6 business days across the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

All US orders ship from our US fulfillment center.

The lights

Do I need an app?

No. Everything is controlled with the included remote: on and off, all 8 modes, and brightness.

Are they safe to leave on overnight?

Yes. The lights run on low-voltage USB power and stay cool to the touch.

What do I need to power them?

Any USB port or a standard USB wall adapter, the same kind you charge a phone with.

How do I hang them?

Adhesive hooks are included. Most setups take under 10 minutes.

Returns

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused lights in their original packaging for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No return shipping needed.
